Wezesha Women Initiative has officially launched the Family Business for Self-Reliance program in Hoima City to empower women-led households with entrepreneurship training and seed capital.
The program aims to support families recovering from economic hardships, particularly women affected by post-COVID market closures and economic instability.
Over 60 women have already enrolled, receiving mentorship and access to the innovative Reverse Saving Financing Scheme to help rebuild their businesses and promote sustainable livelihoods.
