Program Manger

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field
3+ years experience in livelihood or development programs
Strong leadership and facilitation skills
Proven track record in women’s empowerment initiatives
Volunteering
Legal Aid Volunteer
Support our social protection programs by providing legal guidance to survivors of gender-based violence. Assist with case documentation, referrals, and community sensitization on legal rights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Law or related field
Familiarity with GBV and human rights frameworks
Strong communication and confidentiality skills
Experience working with vulnerable communities is an added advantage
Internships
Finance & Operations
Oversee budgeting, procurement, and day-to-day financial operations. Ensure compliance with donor requirements and support program teams with resource planning and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years in nonprofit financial management
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
Strong attention to detail and integrity
